In the past I have read about announcing to some degree an occult activity beforehand to make a spell or intention work better or stronger. I may not be describing this correctly as I cannot find on web searches.
For example on a grander scale. I believe there are some dark forces at play with the Agenda 2030 idea. This could have been kept hidden or much more hidden, but is on full display as a book from the head of the WEF who is using COVID as a tool to achieve it. Whether I am right or wrong on this isn’t the concern. Is there a name for this type of action in the occult for letting things be known beforehand and does it have a name?
